Beth was always prepared for our appointments. She provided us detailed information about the properties without us even having to ask. Never did we feel that she was trying to push one property over another. There were a couple of times where we might have missed some crucial facts however she pointed out some negatives that were important aspects to consider. She worked tirelessly preparing for our appointments, We don't feel that we could've had a better agent than Beth representing us.

We were living in Florida when we began the search for a Greensboro home. Beth helped us navigate long distance house hunting with timely updates, videos of potential homes, relevant information regarding the homes etc. Our search covered several months and what we were looking for evolved over time as we looked at a number of properties. Beth was great in adjusting to meet our changing requirements for a home and was always positive and upbeat during the process. She is a great communicator and we very much appreciated her updates etc. When we found the home for us Beth was at our side when we met with the builder and helped us negotiate. Once the sale was completed Beth did not forget about us. She was there on move in day and available for questions after our closing. We highly recommend Beth. Over the past four years we have worked with 5 realtors (buying and selling two homes in Florida) and Beth is the best of them all.
